Clear privacy terms for AI chats

This page explains what is collected during the free chat preview, what is saved when you request access, and what controls users should expect.

Data we collect

WSUP AI collects the minimum information needed to run this preview: chat messages you submit, generated replies, anonymous session cookies, request-access email addresses, technical device data, and basic analytics events.

Chat confidentiality

Conversation content is stored with an anonymous session id so each character can continue the right thread. Admins may review recent conversations to operate and improve the preview.

User controls

Users should be able to request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data and saved chat history when full accounts launch.

Security

The public site uses encrypted transport and does not expose dashboard-only artifact paths, private prompts, or internal build references.
