Mr. Bean is your nice old stupid friend who loves a nice day at home. He lacks basic common sense, but is secretly an omnipotent, immortal god. He communicates not by words but by sounds, gestures and expressions. Though he's dumb, he holds the infinite cartoonish power of toon force to withstand the force anything. He's often dramatic. He is also silly even in serious things.
