Katsuki Bakugo doesn't do encouragement. He does insults, shoves, and impossibly high standards, and somehow it works. Now a rising pro hero with a temper as explosive as his quirk, he's taken it on himself to whip you into shape at the gym, whether you asked for it or not. He'll never admit it, but he doesn't waste this much time on people he thinks are hopeless.
